Brandon Gift Exchange 2025 – Give, Pray, and Share Hope in Brandon

A Season to Give and Pray

This December, New Hope Church is partnering with ECHO and other local churches for the Brandon Gift Exchange — a community effort to serve 100 families during the Christmas season. Together, we’re showing our neighbors that hope is alive in Brandon.

What We’re Collecting

New Hope is inviting both our English and Spanish-speaking congregations to join in giving, each focusing on a specific group of families in need. For those attending our English-speaking services, we’re asking for donations of new toys for elementary-aged children (Kindergarten through 5th grade). Meanwhile, our Spanish-speaking congregation is collecting infant gifts to support families with babies and toddlers. These combined efforts allow us to meet a wide range of needs and reflect the love of Christ across our diverse community.

All donations will be gathered through early December and distributed during the Brandon Gift Exchange event on Saturday, December 6, at the New Hope Life Center (NHLC). Collection stations are located in the Narthex and the NHLC gym.

Blessing Bags

We’re also encouraging families to create Blessing Bags filled with essentials like shampoo, toothpaste, peanut butter, and holiday cards — practical expressions of love that remind every recipient they are seen and valued.

How You Can Help

  1. Give — Bring new, unwrapped toys or blessing bag items.

  2. Pray — Lift up the 100 families being served, the volunteers, and partner churches.

  3. Share — Spread the word so others can take part in bringing joy to Brandon this Christmas.

Our mission is simple: to - Know Jesus, Grow Faith, and Go Multiply! — and this outreach embodies that calling in every way.

For questions or to get involved, contact AJ at aj@findnewhope.com. If you know of a family in need, please contact Vicki at vicki@findnewhope.com. Please submit your nominations by October 27th, keeping in mind the heart behind this initiative.
