Two Voices, One Invitation: Meet the Speakers of DELIGHT
One of the strengths of the DELIGHT Women’s Conference is the way different voices come together around a shared invitation: to slow down, listen, and learn what it means to delight in the Lord with trust and expectation.
This year’s conference will feature teaching from Dr. Elaine Friedrich and Pastor Taylor Fohr, two leaders whose ministries speak thoughtfully to faith, calling, and the real-life tensions of following Jesus.
Living with Holy Expectation
Dr. Elaine Friedrich will serve as keynote speaker, guiding women through a message titled Standing on Tippy Toes: Living in Holy Expectation. Drawing from Psalm 37:4—“Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart”—her teaching reframes delight not as passive enjoyment, but as an active posture of faith.
Known for helping women discern calling and live with intention, Dr. Friedrich brings biblical depth and practical wisdom together. Her message invites women to lean forward in trust, believing that God is at work even when the path ahead feels unclear, and to cultivate joy rooted in Him through every season.
In addition to her keynote, Dr. Friedrich will also lead a breakout workshop focused on discovering and living out God’s purpose, offering space for reflection, clarity, and practical next steps.
Faith in the Midst of Real Life
Joining her is Pastor Taylor Fohr, lead pastor of Vessel, a multi-generational worshipping community in Orlando. Taylor’s heart beats for the church to become all Jesus dreamed it could be, and her teaching speaks honestly to the places where faith meets real life.
As a closing session speaker and breakout leader, Taylor invites women to consider how God works through both strength and limitation. Her teaching encourages reflection on where growth is needed, where trust is being formed, and how obedience often begins in small, faithful steps.
A Day to Listen and Reflect
Together, these two voices shape the heart of DELIGHT: a one-day conference designed not to rush answers, but to create space. Through worship, teaching, and breakout sessions, women are invited to pause, reflect, and pay attention to what God is already doing in their lives.
DELIGHT takes place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at New Hope Church.
